Army knife mod & kolrosing

I have a old model Spainish army knife.

But it has a tool blade that is little

necessity for use in these days, and

makes it be heavy.

I take it to pieces, get rid of

the tool blade, and re-revet.

I replace its khaki plastic handle

with oak wooden handle.

Contrary to my expectations

the grain of wood is vague.

Thus I decide kolrosing

on its handle.

Oak handle is too hard to engrave nearly.

Lines poorly engraved!

I varnish thinly

with the sap of laquer tree.
